What this actually is
E-bikes, mostly downhill, on lanes where the only traffic is a duck. You start above Sidemen at 700 m, drop through the rice terraces, and finish at a river crossing.
The guide is from the village, so the stops are his aunt's warung and a silversmith who has worked the same bench since 1998. Neither is on any tour map.
You still pedal — it is an e-bike, not a motorbike — but 25 km with 90% of it downhill is a morning anyone can do.

Almost no pedalling, all downhill, and the villages you pass through are not on the tourist route. Best morning of the trip.
The road at km 4 is rough. Take the gloves they offer. Lunch at the aunt's warung was the real thing.
